Return Process

  Securely pack your unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
